Discover the best of artistic swimming and diving - all in one fun, affordable program!

This special collaboration between BC Artistic Swimming and BC Diving introduces kids to two dynamic aquatic sports through skill-building activities led by certified instructors.

Artistic Swimming combines the technical skills of swimming with the creativity of dance and gymnastics, as athletes learn to move with music in the water.
Diving combines athletic skill, body control, and courage as athletes learn to jump, twist, and enter the water gracefully from a board or platform.

Perfect for ages 6–12 who are comfortable swimming the width of the pool in the deep end, this is a low-commitment, high-fun way to explore both sports before joining a club or seasonal program.

What to Expect

Each session includes both artistic swimming and diving - kids get to experience the best of both worlds!
Learn fundamental skills in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Build confidence, coordination, and comfort in the water
All instruction delivered by trained coaches from BC Artistic Swimming and BC Diving

Program Details

Ages: 6–12 years
Swimming ability: Must be able to swim one width of the pool in the deep end
4 fun sessions
Cost: $15 per participant - includes insurance coverage
