Synchro BC is excited to offer a two-hour online webinar on November 28th 2019 from 7:00-9:00pm (PST) delivered by Jennifer Koptie, ChPC.  With more than 22 years of coaching experience (with 16 of those on the international stage) as well as a ‘day job’ as a Physical Education and Special Education teacher, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to our coaches as well as a coaching philosophy that is “student-athlete” focused.  This professional development opportunity is the first of it's kind for Synchro BC, we hope to reach coaches from across the country.

The interactive webinar will have three over-arching themes that will be linked to the technical side of coaching artistic swimming:

1) Teaching a Lesson - planning, teaching strategies, and effective athlete management

2) Descriptive Feedback - "The HOW" method

3) Gap Analysis - informing your future plan and guiding next steps.

The webinar will also include an open Q&A period where coaches can ask questions specific to the topics covered or other technical questions (i.e. figures, elements, drills, etc.). Coaches will walk away with practical handouts and tools that can be integrated into their daily training environment.

Registration for the event is through "The Locker" on The registration deadline is November 14th.
