The primary location of the Senior National Program is in Montreal, QC. Office space, admin. support and IST staff are provided.

OVERVIEW
Under the direction of the Chief Sport Officer (CSO), this dynamic leader will establish a high-performance culture of excellence and motivate and inspire National Senior Team Program athletes to excel within the established team culture. He/she is responsible for the execution of the elements of the Senior National Team Program – a world leading daily training environment and a competition plan for Canada that are capable of producing international artistic swimming senior-level athletes, teams and duets with the potential for podium finishes in major international competitions.
